Master herbalist, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Sowa Rigpa practitioner, Sifu Edward Coughlin, AP, DOM, will take us on a tour through Medicine Buddha’s Tanaduk garden. The Tanaduk is Medicine Buddha’s Pure Land, and serves as a significant symbol within the Yuthok Nyingthig lineage and the study of Sowa Rigpa (Traditional Tibetan Medicine). This presentation will give us an overview of the Tanaduk, its symbolism, and the relevant medicinal herbs found within its mandala. There will be time reserved for Q&A.

Edward Coughlin AP, DOM
Sifu Edward Coughlin is a licensed acupuncturist, doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Sowa Rigpa practitioner based in Florida for the last 28 years.
He is a diplomat in TCM, acupuncture, and herbal medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. As one of the first acupuncturists in Florida to have hospital staff privileges, he has performed over fifty thousand treatments.
He is a student of Dr. Nida Chenagtsang and trained in Eclectic Western Herbal Medicine with the Matthew Wood Institute.
A senior student of Master Kao San Lun, Edward is a 35th generation disciple of the Little Nine Heaven system of martial arts. He has trained in this unique system for 30 years.
