Fire Horse Year Auspicious Days
དགེ་བ་འཕེལ་བའི་ཉིན།

2026 • Medicine Buddha Days • Full Moon Days • Dakini Days

This Fire Horse Year, Tanaduk Garden will begin offering donation-based online practice sessions each month on the following auspicious days:

• Dakini Day (25th lunar day)
• Medicine Buddha Day (8th lunar day)
• Full Moon (Shakyamuni) Day (10th lunar day)

Guided by Liz Sung, each session will follow the theme of the day — engaging in Dakini, Medicine Buddha, and meditative practices on their corresponding lunar dates. Depending on the theme, sessions may include meditation, mantra, Tibetan Yoga, and guided journaling. Occasionally, a special guest teacher may join us to lead the session.

Our first session will be on Dakini day – Friday, March 13.

The Horse Year holds special significance for our Yuthok sangha — it was in a Horse Year that Yuthok transmitted his first teachings. May we make this a meaningful year of ripening and transformation.
